As a KXTC community, let’s come together in support of mental health. 

Bringing together thousands of runners across Australia and NZ, Movember and LSKD are teaming up for [mo]re than a run. 


Starting in Darling Harbor on Saturday 29 November, we’ll be running around the scenic Sydney Harbour for our run. There are three distances to run that correlate to important statistics around men’s mental health - 60km, 30km & 10km.


We’re joining forces with a bunch of run clubs to show our support, come together as a community, and connect.

🔗 Run 60km - _for the 60 men who lose their lives to suicide every hour around the world_

🔗 Run 30km -  _for the 30% rise in Aussie men who’ve lost their lives to suicide in the past decade_
