I'm fundraising for...
My brilliant mates and I are running a 60km ultramarathon on the 29th of November in Brisbane to raise awareness and funds for mental health.
Mental health is still treated as a taboo topic far too often — but taking on something like this is our way of shining a light on the invisible battles that millions face every day.
Each kilometre of the 60 represents the 60 men worldwide who lose their lives to suicide every hour. That stat alone is heartbreaking, and as someone who has also struggled at times, I truly hope the money we raise can help make a real difference.
Even if you don’t donate, I’d love for everyone reading this to simply check in on a mate — whether it’s in person, a text, or a quick call. Sometimes the smallest effort can mean the most.
