Why we’re running….

My Team and I will be running 60km at the end of November to help support mental health and suicide prevention. This run is going to push us physically and mentally but it’s nothing compared to what so many people go through everyday in silence. We are doing this to normalise the hard stuff, start real conversations and show you you’re not alone!
