I'm fundraising for...

FGRC is taking part in [mo]re than a run again this year. Running on the beautiful Wilyakali and Barkandji country, we will be coming together as a community to raise awareness about mental health and suicide.

Mental health doesn't discriminate, it impacts us all in one way or another and living rural can bring an added layer of isolation.

This day is about having a yarn, supporting each other and running some km’s. Running is more than the movement, it’s about the community and how lucky we are to have the connections we have through run club.
