I'm fundraising for...

This year I’m taking part in [mo]re than a run, a powerful community-led movement that uses running as a tool to support mental health and prevent suicide. On the final Saturday of November, thousands of us across cities in Australia, New Zealand and beyond will be lacing up for this important cause. Every step I take and every dollar you donate helps fund the life-saving work of Movembe. Please support me if you can. Let’s make every stride count.

Running for those who are not strong enough!

Thursday 27th Nov

On Saturday 29 November, while most people are hitting snooze or sipping their first coffee, I’ll be out attempting something I’ve never done before — running 60 kilometres 🏃‍♀️😅

Why? To raise funds and awareness for men’s mental health (and mental health as a whole) — because looking after our minds is just as important as our bodies, even when one of those bodies is questioning all its life choices at kilometre 47.

This is going to be a huge physical and mental challenge for me. I’ve never run this far before, and I fully expect moments of “this was a terrible idea” mixed with “wow, we’re actually doing this.”

If you can, please support, donate, or cheer me on from the comfort of your couch — all in the name of better mental health and proving that sometimes the scariest goals are the most important ones to chase. 💛
