It’s about the cause while on the course

Your local run club is lacing up for this year’s More Than a Run event because we believe every step can spark change. Together, we’re running to raise awareness for men’s health—mind, body, and spirit—and to support those who might be struggling in silence. Each kilometre represents a conversation started, a barrier broken, and a stronger community built through movement and mateship.
